Step 1. get yourself some GTO blackouts for the rear tail lights
Step 2. cut a big hole the size that you want it for the Skyline look Step 3. paint those bad boys whatever color your heart desires and there you have "skyline" tails -------------------- "I hear he tunes the space shuttle also...and that thing is fast"
