"'95 gs-t + heavy foot + curb = bent passenger side lower control arms
can i snag the lower control arms off a junk'ed non-turbo (turbo's are not easily found in the junkyard)... just the control arms now, the hub/steering assembly/etc. are fine? " anyone on here know the answer, or have the parts? |

Yes, fortunately for you, the lower A arms are identical to the 2g nonturbo arms. Same for the 1G, you can swap non turbo A arms onto turbo cars, just not generational interbreeding. Sorry though, don't have any of those laying around or know where to get one.

there was a recall on the lower control arm's for the second gen eclipse. has the recall been done yet? if not it will be free to get them replaced. if you give me the vin # i can see if it has been done yet.

Its already been done he said (it was just the boot I believe). His just snapped the control arms and needs new ones. Like I said, he needs a 1g starter as well. Anyone have the starter?!? *heeeeellllllooooooo* C'mon guys! And akamiami....still havn't recieved a PM back from you yet either....

I've got a starter out of a 90 AWD. I think it will work on any 1g, but don't quote me on that. $10 picked up in Metamora.
