I just purchased a AVCR and AFC and i figure i might as well figure all this shit out now.. so i was wondering, (i havent done much reading on the subject, because of lack of time lately) I know u guys do a lot of your tuning by knock detection, what do you recommend using for that? To be perfectly honest, im fairly knew to the whole knock term, i know what it is, but other then that i know nothing, i was planning on just getting an EGT gauge, and tuning from there, but I'm not really sure the best route. At the moment i just have a boost gauge, buying a EGT, and i was thinking Fuel pressure for the last one.. Thanks

Definitely search the archives on this site, dsmtalk, pocketlogger.com, and some of the dsm yahoo groups sites. You'll get more info on tuning than you'll know what to do with. tmo.com also has some good info for tuning newbs.
