I'm looking to start offering quality stainless tubular O2 housings in the near future.

Although my personal preference is for an atmospheric dump I understand that might not be the most popular choice.

Which brings me to my question. What's your preference, rerouted tubular O2 or dumped O2?

thanks!

Sorry for the botched poll there. It's supposed to have two choices

1) Atmosheric dumped O2 housing

2) Internally dumped O2 housing

Both have their merits. Atmospheric dump for performance reasons, and internally dumped for sound control reasons. I like my atmospheric dump because I've never had any boost creep problems with it and its an extra inch of exhaust flow that not going to experience much if any back pressure when the WG opens. But on the other hand, at WOT it is damn LOUD. Why don't you offer both? biggthumpup.gif

I would build both. However, weigh in the amount of street cars v race cars in your clientele base when you make a batch, god knows no one wants to sit on product that won't move.

Still working on the pricing end so I don't want to misquote. Let's just but I expect to significantly undercut going market rate.

On offering both, in theory I'd love to, but I'm not cray about sitting on two batches of 20+ O2 housings and hoping I can move them all. (still pretty small potatoes here).

Basicly, if I can see the need to offer both I will but I'm wondering if it's going to be a situation of 80% of people wanting internal dumps and 20% wanting external. Given a situation like that, the externals will have to come later.

internal, for 2g awd?

It would be the same for a 1st gen AWD. Or a 1st gen FWD, or even 2nd gen FWD. So basically they are universal between 4G63T powered DSM's that still utilize the factory exhaust housing to O2 and O2 to downpipe flanges.
