you're very correct not everyone is friends outside of the forums....... and it is just a forum....but for those of us that are friends (which is quite a few of us) this is also more than just a forum. There is a sense of pride knowing that just a couple years ago I knew none of these fine men and women, and Marcus started this whole thing and it's grown to more than I think any of us thought it would. So to you it may just be a forum, but you need to be respectful and not go around blurting out any crap that comes to your mind.....that could also be a good life lesson my young jedi lol

Wow! This strange animosity is in two threads. I haven't met Troy yet, but I have talked to him on the phone and he seems like a cool guy to me. Messages on web forums can be perceived much differently than they were meant by the person reading it. On the other hand, Troy, you can come off a little aggressive in your posts sometimes.

Lets agree to compromise and meet in the middle so we can avoid the CII syndrome. These aren't rules, but I think they are good guidelines to keeping people satisfied on here.

1. Try not to read so hard into others posts on here. This is something I've had to work on myself in the past. One should only read in between the lines when talking to a spouse or significant other. (IMO, I shouldn't even have to do that )

2. Try not to be too aggressive with your posting and post things that could be taken the wrong way. And if there is no other way to word it either don't post it or explain that it is not meant to offend anyone.

Troy, to be honest, I'm not sure if Spy ever went down while piloting the FF. However, one needs to consider that Spy has more vehicles than most used car lots. He readily admits to having lost. In retrospect, I believe one of his more gripping posts involved him losing in a freeway free for all to an E46 M3. But anyway, I don't know about the freak. All I know is that that car, while "only" running a 14.0, pulled WAAAY harder than anything comparable (FF) I have been in. I once rode in a Civic with bonafide 13.1 slips (slicks), and I believe that car would have gone down from a roll. I will stop now, before I give away my agenda as a Spy groupie.

Troy likes to run his mouth more than his car. When someone posts they have the biggest or baddest everything, and falsely advertises his car as a "10-second car" that really bothers me. Troy, you have no idea how hard it is to get out of the 12's, let alone in the 10's.

Troy said he "already has a 11.86 timeslip" from Cordova from a few weeks ago. I have five friends that were up there, and you weren't there. Troy, give me 10 minutes and I will have an 8 sec. time slip infront of me as well, but it ain't mine

I think you need to quit running your mouth so much, and either get some track times with YOUR car, or build some street credit and race all these guys that are running Stangs and Firebirds that are Spraying. "People around here worship these guys" I am very flattered but noone "worships" anyone around here, it's all about making a name for yourself running people on the street instead of running your mouth. The way I look at it, you need to beat these guys before you even GET a race with me. I can set up some runs for you if you would like .I don't think my car is the fastest by anymeans, and I know my turbo is only a 16G, but I have been racing AT THE TRACK AND HAVE SLIPS AND VIDEO of OVER 100 passes at various tracks.

So Troy, you always are talking about MAY 30th @ Cordova so I can see this 10 second pass. I probably won't be able to make it because I just had a baby this past weekend. My personal best on the STOCK unported 14B, STOCK SMIC, STOCK exhaust mani, STOCK o2 housing, and STOCK suspension is a 12.84@105.9. I HAVE it on TAPE, and I HAVE the ACTUAL SLIP. I know there are quicker 14B's than what mine was last year, but something tells me you won't even beat that. If you go out and run anything under a 12, that is a great achievement by anyone, and I will congratulate you personally. But you better have it on tape and a slip!

Just thought I would let everyone on this forum know that this "TROY" guy is the biggest BS'er ever to step foot on this forum! I am a domestic guy but had heard he had been talking some shit about one of my dsm buddies on this site and from several people in the area. No one has ever even seen this kid around or his cars, he won't tell anyone exactly what town he lives in, & I really get a kick out of him saying he will race any one any day, but still has yet to ever race anyone!

I happen to be racing there on the 29th in the RJ RACE CARS TS/TD SHOOTOUT and no for a fact that they are'nt racing on sunday(30th) This is even more proof your Full Off It! If your refering to the NOPI Drag Wars there June 5th & 6th and I know some guys who are going to be there, we'll see if it runs
