K r i s .

I used to have the same problem but new lock washers solved it for me. Oh, and I also tighten them once when the parts are cold and then again when they're hot (i.e. expanded).

Buy bolts made for headers/manifolds. I believe Winner's Cirlce has them. You might get lucky with the right thread.

what ever it takes, you know how many parts I have hacked, cut and welded just to make things work.... just clean it up afterward so that it doesn't look bad. not too much on my last project but plenty in past ones.

I am having no problems with the ones I put in my car, I am using grade 8 bolts and lock washers from Nina's True Value

I got some lock washers from Nina's and that fixed it for me. Mine used to work free all the time. The ones that didn't work free, seized mad.gif
