Hopefully you won't hate me for posting un-DSMrelated for sale items on the site but in all actuality, it was made side by side with the 2G Mitsubishi Eclipse and Eagle Talon so in some respects, it is a DSM because it was made in the same plant.

Trying to sell my daily driver to buy a truck. Here's the list:

2.5L SOHC V6 (168 HP, 175 TQ factory specs)
Automatic trans w/ overdrive
leather interior
dual airbags
power drivers seat and memory position
power windows
power locks
cruise
cold A/C
auto darkening mirror
American Racing wheels 17"
Hankook HRII tires w/ over 60% tread left
new brake pads
recent transmission flush
has been on warranty since January '04 when I bought it
79,xxx miles, warranty expires at 89,xxx miles
No performance mods have been made, this car is all original
Asking $6,000 for a superb daily driver
Kelley Blue Book is $6,350
*girlfriend not included*

i would tend to disagree here.. DSM=Diamond Star Motors, in particular, the way it is refrenced by cult DSM enthusiast, the 4g63 motor. Even 3rd Gen Eclipses aren't considered DSM's, rather n/a V6 p.o.s. with nice wheels, which i believe were probally made at the same plant.

Not hating or flaming, just clarifying, and giving you a bump.

Xian I was just trying pawn my thread on the forum for exposure's sake. I wasn't actually trying to make reference to the ongoing argument of "what is a DSM?" just trying to give my car an excuse to see some exposure to the market.

Akamiami, keep analube and your appendages away from my women else they be detached from the rest of you. wink.gif jk

Due to lack of interest, price has been chopped to $4500 OBO for the sake of selling. If it helps any, I plan on buying a 91 GST with the money and spending the rest on other debts and the Talon biggrin.gif . The mileage is now at 81,xxx warranty expires at 89,xxx. Today I changed the oil, turned the rotors, and balanced all four wheels. Drives like a champ and is definitely a reliable car. How about some offers...
