I've noticed we've been cluttering the board up a bit of late with new products, used parts, and general press releases.
So, in the spirit of other 'project' threads, I thought we could make a better effort to confine it here so as not to over proliferate the board. Without further ado- KOUmotorsports has been growing rapidly since we went live in January. In an effort to keep up with demand I've gone full time. I'm happy to report I'm no longer attempting to juggle our obligations here with a full time restaurant management position elsewhere. I'm excited that things have exploded so quickly that this happened a good 6 months ahead of schedule though. We're in the process of expanding our offerings a lot in terms of new products as well as domestic and name brand retail offerings. For now, we're dealing with all the growing pains of our rapid expansion as we play "catch up" through some late night hours. Hopefully the end result will be more DSM products at better prices and a better base of local support for all of us gear heads. -------------------- |

Congratulations Travis! That's got to be a great feeling finally being able to have your own independent business. If you need an extra hand sometime, give me a ring. I'd be proud to support such an upstanding company. Good luck!

GSXracer- Hopefully you'll be back in town shortly and can stop by to see the new digs. Marcus, Brett and everyone else- Thanks! I have to say that it's nice not to have to wait till midnight to start pulling engines though. (Ironic to type that at 3:30 am though I suppose.) -------------------- |

We've been plagued with some hardware and software issues on our 2G tuning package here. 3 installs of tunerstein on 2 computers. One version of Pocketlogger not working for some reason. I'm about ready to just buy a new and complete package directly from Pocketlogger to solve things.
Our 1G tuning has been relatively hassle-free. We should have the wideband set-up ready to transfer from car to car shortly which should provide an interim crutch there. Frustratingly enough, the base 2G tuning package has been a surprising hurdle though for some reason. -------------------- |

QUOTE (Justincredible @ Oct 20 2004, 04:48 PM) so with all this free time. Free time. HahahhahHAHHAHHAHA Some day I'll have some of that. As to Frankenstein running, how could I ever have such a fast shelf with the parts properly installed on the car? I still predict the car eventually getting sold off piecemeal sometime in 2008. -------------------- |

![]() Image does not have all of the gaskets pictured. OEM Full Engine Gasket Kit - $275 For more information, click here. for comparison - Buschur's price - $300 KOUmotorsports is now offering all you winter project engine rebuilders the most complete OEM Gasket Kit on the market that we could find, at a price that we pulled many strings to get. To put it frankly, this gasket set rocks. (Maybe we've been hanging around DSM's too long if we are this excited over gaskets). Why waste all that money on a rebuild to not do it right? Includes several gaskets that fix notorious prone to leak spots on DSM's. Gaskets Included: turbo charger oil and water line washers o2 housing gasket oil return tube gasket exhaust manifold gasket intake manifold gasket thermostat housing gasket valve cover gasket spark plug hole gaskets 1/2 moon seal valve stem seals cam shaft seals head gasket dip stick seal oil housing gasket oil housing seal balance shaft seals water pipe o-ring water pump gasket oil pump gasket ol pickup tube gasket drain plug gasket oil squirter washers rear main seal rear main gasket crank/oil seal -------------------- game over.
