I have been looking around for some new injectors to fix the sputter on my car. I've seen people talking about using dsm injectors in the stock 270cc injectors place, with the use of a impedance resistor is it possible? (without damaging my car)

What kind of car? Why do you think new injectors will fix the problem? When does the sputter occur?

Its a 1990 nissan 240SX. I was talking to Jordan (Jbone) and he said his old 240 had a similar problem and it turned out to be a stuck injector. The sputter happens from 2000- 3000 under acceleration. Plus with a little more fuel my car will have some extra hp to show spy some mad drift haha

If you haven't yet, I would check the obvious things like plugs, wires, cap/rotor, etc. Lots cheaper.
