Anybody have the rebuild instructions/specs for a 92 AWD transfer case?
A while back, I blew the input shaft seal and took out the bearing welding itself to the input shaft and ruining the transmission output shaft splines. Got a new transfer input shaft, trans output shaft and bearing and reassembled the case with the existing spacers. I've had a gear whine ever since, so I'm thinking the gear mesh is off.
