Saturn of Peoria offeres a Detail special for $50 which includes an exterior wash & wax, interior vaccuming with carpet shampooing and vinyl/lether protectant. For $74.95 it also includes an oil change including up to 5 quarts of oil. Extra large vehicles and larger oil quantities are extra.

How much cleanup would this really be? Small amount of tar removal and attempt to get out spots/stains that will require more than just a quick wax?

This is an all day event with some serious elbow grease applied. It is as thorough as any detail I have seen just short of a paint buffing which can be had for extra.
