Well i have forgotten which hole it came out of, i have 2 possible places, 1 right under the 3rd intake runner, and the second is more in the center of the 2nd and third intake runner, in the center of the motor, next to the freeze plugs. Anyone know for sure which one it goes into? Thanks

All of the holes in the back of the block are blind holes, so no leaks. As far as placement it goes in the hole closed to #2.
