208 Claremont in East Peoria. Its off of 150 going toward Morton off Pleasant Hill Rd. 2.5 car garage wink.gif Big fenced backyard, and move in condition (except for a little painting). We close on April 15 and start the move in process on the April 18. I'm stoked! The DSMcentral kegger is on its way. biggrin.gif
