Swappin' parts, Will this work? Options

I know that there are differences between the '90 AWD DSM tranny and all of the other 1G trannies. I am not sure on the extent, though, to which these differences affect which parts will work on a '90 from a later model (aside from the shifter cable mounting assembly).

ANYWAY, my question is this: Will the CV halfshafts from a '92 AWD work in a '90 AWD? How 'bout if the halfshafts are from a '92 FWD?

Any help is appreciated.

I'll look at my interchange on the computer at work on Monday. It may not give you everything that'll work but it's right 99% of the time. BTW, I think if it has ABS or not has something to do with it.

Interchange says.....

For the Front right on a 90 Talon AWD MT:
Eclipse '90 front right axle AWD MT
Galant 90-92 front right axle AWD MT
Talon 90-91 front right axle AWD MT

For the Front left on a 90 Talon AWD MT:
Eclipse 90-94 AWD MT
Galant 90-92 AWD MT
Talon 90-91 AWD MT

Now, that being said, I'm not sure if those are 100% accurate. They may or may not work but very seldom is it wrong.
