Has anyone had any experience with this setup? Just curious, I’ve got a full set of agx's and pro kit springs. The fronts are well seated and nice and tight, but the rears feel loose and if I shake the assembly you can hear the springs rattling from not having much pressure on them. I didn’t even need to compress them to fit the rears back on. I know when the car is dropped it will compress them but is this normal?

Should be fine I think. Searched dsmtalk and seems to be normal. Hope to have her on the road soon, I got the rear end of the car bolted back up this morning

QUOTE I want a ride in that thing! That's the setup I was looking to go to. You got it! things seem to be rolling now i got the tranny, xcase, and all of the front suspension out in no time at all. Tomorrow i should be able to get the act 2600 on, put in the new tans/xcase, front kyb/eibachs, brakes and lines, rest of the bushings, and a bunch of other crap. Now i need to find a non abs steering knuckle for the driver side, and waiting on a few things from machv. |

Try either of these two. I personally like Rhodes better than Macks because they treat me better but whatever floats your boat. If you call Rhodes tell them that Brett from Bill Smith Auto Parts sent you and talk to Tim only. Tell him I told you that he would set you up with a good deal.
If you try Mack's ask for Don. I have had a little trouble with these guys but they were very cooperative in getting it resolved. Also tell him Brett from Bill Smith's told you to call and that he would get you a good deal. Rhodes does not list a price on theirs and Mack's shows $50. This is the steering knuckle for a non-ABS 91 Talon and comes with the bearing. If you give either one a credit card they can ship it to you for a minimal charge UPS or you can pickup yourself. If they give you any BS, call me and I'll straighten them out. Both were found on www.car-part.com Rhodes Auto (Streator, IL) 1-800-548-9151 Mack's Auto (Urbana, IL) 1-800-252-9148 -------------------- "I hear he tunes the space shuttle also...and that thing is fast"
