need to get out some bad gas,the gas gauge is on E, so what I was thinkning was putting in about 3-4 gollons on 110 race gas,some ne plugs and new wires and let it run for a while. would that work?

put in some that's 10% ethonol. That'll get the water out. Then, after you run that tank through, change your plugs.

Yes mitsu90 that is exactly what he just said if you want to do it his way.
1. Leave old plugs in 2. buy a tank of gas that is 10% ethanol 3. put it in the tank 4. drive it around until it's empty 5. put some premium gas in it 6. now you can change out your spark plugs Or, if you've got an AWD there is a drain plug on the drivers rear part of the tank. Unscrew it, drain all the gas, and put it back in. However, this will not get all of the moisture in the tank or lines out, just most of it. -------------------- "I hear he tunes the space shuttle also...and that thing is fast"

i might be crazy but... i could have swore i seen a drain plug for the gas tank the last time i was under a 1G... that would make life easier on you

it is AWD, but I looked under my A/T AWD for a drain plug and didn't see one however I have not been under the new car yet, the new one is not plated so I can't drive it around.

It should be on the rear portion on the driver's side of the tank. It may have underbody coating on it disguising it somewhat, but you shouldn't have any trouble finding it.
