I was just wondering if any one knows were i can get some of these flanges. (I out lined it in the pic) It just the flang that u can weld the piping on to. I belive the stock elbow is some kind of diffrent metal than steel. (cast iron realy hard to weld on) I have a shit load of 2 1/2 Mandrel Bent piping and i would love to make some for you guys. I had some old hacked up pipes and one of the pipes had that flange. Thats how i made mine. I have looked around and cant find anything but tb elbowsSo if their is any info on this let me no

I told you to trace the flange and I could get some laser cut at no cost. remeber we do work in a metal shop. wink.gif

If you're talking about the beaded flare on the ends of the pipe, you'd just need a 3in1 machine or something similar with a beading wheel on it. Mitsu90 could prolly tell you more.

You can't tell when its covered up by a coupler, so it doesn't matter if it looks like crap. biggthumpup.gif

I beaded my last set of piping with a pair of vice grips(thin wall AL pipe). Has held past 38psi no problem.
