One of you has got to have this stuff laying around!!!

1. Exhaust manifold to Turbo housing gasket... stock size.

2. O2 housing to downpipe gasket... stock size.

3. Here's the kicker... lower flywheel dust cover.

Pioneer park Mitsu doesn't even have these in stock!! Used gaskets are fine, just as long as it will seal. Cash in hand ready to buy TODAY!!!

Marcus? Nate? Kris? Darryl? Travis?

Please!?!?!? sad.gif

We were missing the same gaskets on mine when we got to that point as well. Pretty sure Brian just made a last minute run and picked them up at Mitsu though. I'm surprised they don't have any in stock still. Last time I was ordering from Mitsu in town here they had a hard time finding the parts I needed in the computer system. Have you tried asking for them by part number in case they just can't locate actual inventory on hand?

Sorry, that's my best help. Don't have any of those parts around. Did you manage to get ahold of an exhaust manifold? That one I do have.

Kris was kind enough to let me borrow his valve cover and exhasut manifold, thanks though. I don't have part numbers, so that doesn't help me any there... One of you guys with an upgraded turbo HAS to have this stuff laying around. I know what kind of packrats you all are!! tongue.gif

Sorry, my original post was confusing. I'm looking for the gaskets, not the actual o2 housing. Post has been edited. wacko.gif

Ow.

I'll look around this afternoon Rob. I may have some of that stuff. I wouldn't worry too much about the dust cover. I've been running my engine without one for as long as I can remember.

I thought about trying to run like that, also, but thought that if water got up in there it might cause problems. If you've been ok for a while, maybe I'll just forget it. I also thought about making one from a piece of aluminum, but that seems like a lot of work. I think I found the downpipe gasket, and Pioneer park has the turbo gasket, so maybe I'll be ok with that.

Hey, 2 out of three ain't bad... laugh.gif

Props to Taxi for the o2 gasket and Darryl for the Turbo gasket and the info! biggrin.gif

Also thanks to Kris for the help and the few parts I needed.

Now all I need is some time to finish putting it all together!!

I'm gonna try to talk with our good friend Grethen and see if we can have a get-together out at her dad's farm again sometime as a thanks to all of those who helped make project POS a sucess. Yea, and those who didn't do crap can come too... tongue.gif

Thanks again Guys!!
