You should get another 2g stock exhaust manifold, then get a fuel management system like a MAFT setup, and use those to fix your current problems. You can't diagnose crap with an exhaust leak before the turbo, and you need to fix your fuel cut problem right away. I would even disable the propane injection until you get this thing running very well without it. It sounds like you have too many things added at once, and it's making it impossible to fix the little bugs that have creeped out.
