So I've been checking around for boost controllers because I haven't been happy with the fluctuations I've been getting day-to-day with my home made MBC. Two Huge surprises...
First: I can NOT believe how cheap you can buy a nice looking manual boost controller for on e-bay. Sure they pack a lot of rediculous hype, but an MBC is an MBC to some degree and these things are put together with some good parts. It's not even worth it for me to build them for myself when they are selling nicer ones for like $5.95 buy it now prices! Second: DANG! Electornic boost controllers are still through the roof. Reminds me why I've been making my own for so long. e-Bay!
