As said before, a bigger exhaust side OR an external wastegate would fix your problem. External wastegate might be cheaper overall though. Look into it. Tial would be the go-to brand for wastegates.

An external would fix the problem but it might be overkill on a 14b. I'd just buy a larger internal wastegate door and port the waste passage to fit it. I think that's what Kicks did to eliminate creep on his 14b. Porting the O2 housing should help too.
Unless, that is, you are trying to talk yourself into a bigger turbo. In that case forget everything I said and pick up an Evo III 16g. |
