Just got back from AMS. Had my GSC 272/264 cams installed and tuned. The numbers are a lttle low but this is a street tune. I did not boost much above stock levels (21 psi) and the pull was on pump gas.
Great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Looks good. Did they do a base run prior to the cam install or do you know what kind of improvement you are seeing at the wheels?

No. I wish they would of. I had a custom dynoflash and Al had tuned the car with about two more pounds of boost than what AMS did. I don't think I gained any torque.

I was actually hoping for more from my mods but then I got realistic. Big numbers come from boost increase.
My car is used for autox and mods that allow a safe increase in boost would hurt me in autox........alky is not allowed and a bigger turbo would slow my times due to lag.
My car has now been custom tuned by Al at dynoflash and AMS and I can compare the two. I think Al is a more aggressive tuner and will push boost to the outer limits. He had my boost peak at 23# where AMS peak is just under 21#. I had a zero knock count with Al but looking at the EVO forums, there are a lot of blown engines that had dynoflashes.
