In my Fall 2006 issue of Hot Rod - The #4 Archive Series, I found an old excerpt from a popular staffer of the time. Check out the underlined coments from Steve Kelly in the scan below. It's surprising how universal 'rice' has been to selling 'Go Fast' cars through the years. Hahaha ;D

funny that an older guy that probably has one of these probably says that a non semetrical stripe or non functional scoop (or hood hump) looks rediculous on imports, probably doesn;t even realize that it started a long time before imports were even here (or at least cool) -------------------- You CAN sleep in your car, but your CAN NOT race your house!!!
