anybody on here know anyone with a good condition 1g FWD rolling chassis???? The deal with the mustang fell through, guy sold it out from underneath me (FIGURES)....

So im looking to find a very nice FWD shell to drop my
motor into. I wanna go FWD for awhile. I am willing to trade my AWD shell
with complete drivetrain for a Good condition fwd w/ tranny..

no body knows anyone with a FWD DSM.... it doesnt have to be turbo model just a fwd with a good shell and hopefully a trans.

Why would you even mess with a FWD if you already have AWD? There must something seriously wrong with the current platform that you have? . Otherwise, I would hate to transfer all the parts over to a car with less traction when you already have the AWD.

Plus I think you have had a better link to DSM's in the recent past than some of us. wink.gif

I kno i already have AWD i just wanna try something a little different. Plus thats less crap i have to worry about breaking.

I have enjoying playing in the snow though.......... smile.gif

I would worry more about breaking stuff on a FWD...wheelhop causes axles to snap.

You don't have wheelhop in a AWD and you have to make a ton of HP to break the transfer case, rear end and rear axles!

well i guess ill just stick with what i got.... havent had any bites on a trade anyway...

Actually the GSX is running very good and with the incoming snow it should be a fun night.
