Enlist in the marine corps. Become an F-18 avionics technician. That way I can get a twelve pack of bud every time you drop something in the cockpit, and I have to find itand remove the ejection seat. J/k. Don't join the military unless you're a glutton for punishment. No matter how far you go, you're always somebody's bitch. Companies like texas instruments hire techs to work on supercomputer and do check ups on them. I know some guys that got hooked up doing that. Just doing basic shit with a multimeter. They just had experience so they got hired. Various aircraft companies need people to take apart flight computers and other electronic gear and fix them. You wouldn't believe the people that get those jobs. Just remember this next time you get on a plane.

I did my stint in the us armed services. I was offerd a rather lucrative possition, down side is I would be in Germany for 3 months out of the year. I chose not to go that route, but left the door open. If I dont find anything in the next few months, maybe I will have to rethink my objectives.

Damn. I'd get on that. But I don't have a family to worry about. You could possibly get into quality assurance at a major company. Inspecting what people churn out on the assembly line.
