please please please dont be crankwalk sad.gif k well here goes:
whenever im in first and turning left, my car studders like a MoFo, sure sign of crankwalk right? but it only does it when im going under 5mph and only when its turned left to its very max (works just fine when doing a normal left turn), the clutch pedal will also be free to move anywhere.. i thought a sign of crankwalk was that it would only come up so far during the turn. it also does it in reverse no matter what way im turning, even when im going straight back too. also, just starting this morning, when i turn my car on i get this very nice LOUD grinding noise that lasts about 3-5 seconds if i just let it idle (not starter). then tonight, the car did all that usual crap, then i got to the first stop sign, and slowly started accelerating and i got the loud grinding noise until i got up to around 10mph, then was normal driving home. ever since i got my car about a year and a half ago, the 1st and reverse gear have always been crappy, slowly getting worse too. it was just like the synchro's were bad in those (prob just adjustment though). the car's got 113k miles, with UICP/LICP, BOV and exhaust, so the clutch shouldnt be slipping much anyway..
any help is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!

Hey all, I need to get a hold of the 1st gen lower IC piping that connects from the stock SMIC to the J-pipe. I don't know why, but if you'd have a use for a lower greddy IC pipe that goes to the T-25 I'd be sure to send it to ya. RRE sells the lower IC for $25 new, but I figure if any of you have that thing lyin around I'd take it off your hands for some cash. Let me know! thanks

quick question for all of ya.. while upgrading from the crappy T-25, i know you need the 2g install kit. right now i have a greddy lower IC pipe -- would that connect to the j-pipe, or would i need a new lower pipe? also, how would those connect, does the install kit come with a metal adapter or what? finally, does the j-pipe go above the intake pipe? (im not by the car and cant really visualize it) thanks in advance guys

im not sure what's up with my car.. i put a carbon fiber hood on my car about a month and a half ago and it fit perfectly, but that's not the point.. just starting this week, my alarm has been going off on its own. it went off at 3am and woke me up one night and i figured it was some stupid f'ing kids messing around, but then the next day i locked it and it went off 10mins later, i set the alarm again and it went off again in a few mins. my guess is something with the hood connection, since the alarm will go off when anything is opened. ive got the stock latch and hood pins on there and it is latching for sure.. since i cant lock my car during school or anywhere else without the alarm setting (it went off monday and tuesday during class and i had to go shut it off multiple times), i just want to unplug the bastard thing. is there a fuse, or what do i have to do?
