Hi, my name is Brett. I've been a DSMCentral member since Dec, 16 2003. I've been working on my second DSM for the better part of 3 years now and it still has yet to see regular street use or liscense and registration. I live just east of Bloomington, IL and work in town. One word of advice, keep the pictures of your wife/girlfriend to a minumum, Dan tends to get a little overly obsessed if you're not careful.

My name is Ben,
I have been massaging my '93 GSX for a couple of years now.... It has come a long ways, but it still has some ways to go. I am also an owner of a Cavalier and a blazer. I have had some new found interest in making the Cavaier faster... I think the biggest upcoming mod for the Cavy is a ION/Cobalt SS Supercharger and some supporting mods. But rest asured I will make sure it is slower than my GSX. -------------------- You CAN sleep in your car, but your CAN NOT race your house!!!

Hi, I'm Nathan. I'm big on four door power. I had a black 94 galant.... now I've got a 92 galant VR4 in need of much TLC. She'll get it when I can afford it. I'm trying my best to keep the DSM monkies at bay, but they are strong.
I was born and raised here in the Peoria area. If you see me, I'm probably behind the wheel of a black 94 topaz that's been beated beond belief. -------------------- GVR4 866/1000 = the perpetually broken car

My name is Jordan. I joined this group when I had the L"o"ser, 1.8L. Since then, I have had many a car and much fun with all of them and with the group. I currently have no DSM, but they still let me hang around. Just check my sig for all that I have had.

I am Marcus, kicks, AWD-ON-CRACK, ODT (Ol' Dirty Tire), Assbag, DSMCentral originator, and one of the many DSM owners carrying the long lived DSM torch in Central Illinois. Known by many names as well as explatives I'm sure.
I haved owned a few DSM's but my first and only main stay is my 1992 AWD Eagle Talon. It's been down as long as it's been running in my care, but it has also been known for 12.6 quarter mile trips with the factory engine, turbo, injectors, side mount etc. and a couple blown junk yard motors that sacumbed to 40 counts of knock on every run. This obsession has led me to the realm of 2.4 stroker motors and bigger turbo options to bump up my competativeness as well as the durability of my stead. It has been a long road with blown engines, blown turbos, bad cranks caused by sandblast media in my work environment. Much money and patience have been spent, but bigger better parts are being compilled and will be on the Talon this year. I plan to have her race ready by Vicory Day in October! Thanks to EVERY DSMCentral member for making this site what it is today. Now let's hear from the rest of you. -------------------- In Loving memory of David T Crebo

Hey everyone. My name is Steve and I live in Bloomington, IL. I have a 1993 Eclipse GSX. I got it in August of 1993. It was a Diamond Star Executive car and never titled before I bought it. It has had very few mods and is my daily driver. I try to keep it clean and purrty...

My names Chris and I've had my 92 Eagle Talon AWD for about 8 months. Many thanks to those who have helped me here. It's not pretty, but it sure is fun to drive.
I've finally got it to be a "dependable" daily driver running 13's, plan to have it running 12's next year. My website and garage has more details. I've learned you can't beat the feeling of a 5K AWD launch!!! -------------------- 92 Eagle Talon TSI AWD "The Black Golfball" How fast can a 14B go???

My name is Collin and I live in Peoria. I own a 97 BMW M3 and 93 Nissan Maxima.
I have never owned a DSM but started visiting this site to keep track of the SLO PNY drag day. I also sometimes lurk when CII.org is down (like it is now, lol). I did attend the slo pny, and met Marcus. I would like to someday drive an EVO, or any other awesome car. If anybody ever wants to take a joy ride, lemme know! Pictures of my car: More info and pics at my Cardomain page. |
