Ok fellas....hehehe.....I want to start a new "of the month" thingy here lmao.We are here, season after season for you as a shoulder to cry on when you spill your internals halfway down the track at the shootout.......we stay up until 4 am with you the night before a big race while you rush to put the motor back together so we can get up in a few hours and drive to jloiet just to watch you break it again...... we patiently sit by and watch you throw all of our hard earned money away on your car that doesn't even work half the time.....and we wash your greasy dirty coolant stained clothes for you just so you can go back out in the garage and stain up the new shirt we just bought for you lmao. So in honor of all the women who love these crazy dsm men.....I would like to start a car wife (or significant other) of the month award. The first lady I would like to nominate is Susan Hudson. She has been doing this much longer than any of the rest of us have ..........and I think we could all learn from her. she is gracious and humble........and always there by darryl's side. I don't think I've learned as much from any other person I've met on how to put up witha dsm man than I have from her.lol....... So my vote goes to her lol.
Mike....I'm trusting you will make a little spot on the front page for the gal who is elected this month and do a write up about her also lmao......hehehehehe Ahhhhh I bet you guys are sorry you ever let me post here lol laugh.gif k I'm done having fun now.....bye tongue.gif

Maybe I can make some brownie points on this one, cause my wife's put up with A LOT the last couple months...

I'll vote for Susan for the first go round though... wink.gif

biggrin.gif I was thinking more along the lines of "Cursing Wench Of The Month", which I know that is what mine has turned into sometimes when it comes to car talk. LOL.

By the way, Jen's knows I posted this and she finds it hilarious too, so don't go off saying, "How could he?" biggrin.gif

I could because I can. LOL. And her exact response to your comment was: "Yea right, She fu*king dreaming if she thinks that will ever happen." biggrin.gif

I am hoping she didn't mean anything by that comment. LOL

I am too new, and i haven't met anyone on here to my knowlege. But, that being said, i think the vote should just go out to all the lovely ladys who put up with these testoterone cans we call cars. And, more over, put up with the guys who drive them.

Thank you to you all.
Miss you Katie!

I have not read anything DSM related lately at all because I have been so busy with school.

I think all of the women deserve much respect and thank you's.
If any female person would like to vent sometime about the car scene, they are more than welcome to call me. I will always listen and try to offer my wisdom - such as my car time calculation - ladies any time your man tells you it will take X amount of time to fix the car, multiply it by 2.5 to get the " real time" versus "car time".

And if you need my under the engine cleaning services...

But I am honored.

Suz

Haha! So true. That's put me into trouble plenty of times.
