Yeah it has been. I'll be honest, I bought a Maxima, sold my Talon, moved to St. Louis, then tried to leave the car scene. Way too much BS and drama in Bloomington for my tastes, and I made enough mistakes and enemies in my late teens / early twenties to not want to go back. Then I moved to STL...and got a craving for a sports car again...I wanted to buy a 350Z or G35 while I was here, but didn't because I don't have room for Amanda's car, a DD, and a sports car, and even with snow tires you can't get around very well on all the ice we get here in a RWD. But moving back to snowy and flat Illinois...who knows? |

I used to love this forum...unfortunatly, I don't like working on cars much, which didn't lend well to owning DSM's. Unfortunatly, I've owned about 6 of them! I moved to St. Louis and sold my Talon a couple years ago though, and fell off the face of the earth. However (unfortunatly) I'll be moving back to Bloomington soon. Damn job transfers, promotions, then office closings! |

I'm assuming that was you that won with the darker hair? Nice dump, you seem to have the takedown aspect of this down! I kept waiting for you to take his back, he left it open pretty wide, but then he tried a one armed choke from the side?!? What a waste of energy. God fight man, you did well! |

no big deal! I already checked the battery, it seems to be just fine. It probably needs a charge now, but thats no big deal. I would have tore into the car a lot earlier but I just moved and there isn't any room in the garage for the Talon, even just to work on it. I think we are picking up a storage unit next week though so then I'll have plenty of time and room for it. I just don't feel like tearing it apart in the parking lot outside in the dark when I get off work. Like I said, I have a feeling something just didn't get put together right on the re-assembly. In the meantime the Maxima is serving me just fine, although I am starting to get the itch for boost a bit. |

meh, the Talon isn't starting again. Not sure exactly whats wrong with it, haven't really bothered much as its sitting in the parking lot right now. Gonna put it in storage this/next week, so I'll probably jack with it then. I'm thinking something got messed up when we put everything back together. |

thanks guys, I am super happy with it so far. Its much more comfortable to DD than the Talon and uses quite a bit less gas lol. |

Its an auto. And the phone is the Samsung Sync. I think its a 2 megapixel. Pretty nice for a phone. These pics are 800x600, which isn't as big as the phone will go. It was also only on the "fine" setting, and not "very fine" lol. Not a bad investment for $57 (for a pair of them). |

Decided to be practicle instead of fueling my thirst for V8, RWD goodness. Picked up an 01 Maxima yesterday morning from the Caddy dealer. Heated leather, Bose stereo, sunroof....basically every option except for navigation. Now I can actually play with the DSM instead of having to worry about getting back and forth to work every day:hammer: Took the pics with my camera phone yesterday. Not the best, but not bad for a cellphone. I'll try to get some new ones up soon. |

VTEC doesnt work when your car is turned off either. Thats why you start it before you race. DSMs dont run well on 87 octane gas. Thats why you don't race on regular. Airplanes don't fly very fast underwater. Thats why you fly in the air. Excuses excuses, a loss is a loss, more powa to the Cavi. |
