I have a 1990 Eprom ECU that does not work, turn the key, and it doesnt boot up, my other ecu works just fine.

The caps are new, so i dont think that is the problem. unless they were poorly installed.

I am looking for a place that can repair my ECU. prefer a reputible person that has worked on them before.

thanks
Eric

I went to midnight maddness at gateway raceway... the dang start lights, and scoreboard was broke. so no times sad.gif they think it got hit by lightning

but anyway, they still had some racing. they started the race like on pinks or something. I seen adams colt there...

anyway, the first race was bad, i didnt have it in first all the way and it popped out
the second race was an older malibu or monte. it was a pretty easy win i didnt really even launch

the third race was against a Lt1 C-4 corvette, and i beat him pretty good.

and the fourth was a SRT-4. i think it was stock cause i beat him pretty good too.

on the way home i came up on a fox body mustang, sounded pretty good, we punched it from like 4th gear twice and i pulled him both times, then we slowed down to like 30 mph, guess he thought he would do better, and he got beat worse.

then i came upon a SS camero not sure what it had done, other than exhaust, but we accually stopped on the highway and went from a start, we were even till about midway of a quarter then he pulled on me... lost that one.

because of the lights not workin, i didnt bother with turning the boost up or getting high octane fuel.. so i guess i did decent for the first time i ran the car.

I have an 87 chevy Subruban that belonged to my grandpa. he never drove it, the truck has 83,xxx miles on it. Mechanically everything is great, the interior is decent, has 3rd row seat (removable) front buckets, driver seat a lil tore, and headliner fallin down. JVC CD player

has a FI 350ci motor, auto trans, full time 4X4 automatic hubs, reciver hitch, tires have half life left. A/C still works and is cool.

The bad: my grandpa lives in wisconson, and sitting in his driveway the truck developed a decent amount of rust. I can E-Mail pitures.
drove it home from wisconson, with no problems, runs great.

looking to get $1400 out of it, thats a little less than what i got in it.

well, even though the 90 is not finished, and untuned i went ahead and raced this lightning. its a 351ci w/upgraded injectors, exhaust, and cam. the 90 took off a lot harder than i expected, broke loose a bit and fishtailed, then took off and spanked it. i know its not much of a race, but its my 90's first race and i'm proud of it
