Well, I haven't posted here in a while, been avoiding past incidents of drama and working very hard to future my career...
Just wanted to let you all know.. that as of monday, febuary 13th, i am no longer a civilian.. I have been accepted into the army with the O9s option.. to become an Officer. There are plenty of good guys on this board that have served before.. I only hope to follow in your foot steps and serve my country. You don't have to agree with the war, but you do have to support the soldier.. and for me..that means getting out there with them to help them come home alive. I'm psyched, scared, nervous... and pumped.. I ship out March 8th... I still check the board to get tabs on everyone.. but I have avoided posting for a while to let sleeping dogs lie.. and not to whore it out as a personal selling space... plus.. i've just been too damn busy with all the hoops they make me jump... a lot of you have been role models for me.. plus it's been a good learning experience beyond just the building of these cars.. controversy.. mediation.. etc.. I have not always done the best or made the best decisions...but i have tried my best... and learned.. from the guys here about life. things that will help me out in the future. I have tried to be honorable, integral, humble, and apologetic.. I'd like to thank all those here that I look up too.. you have shaped me and molded me into a better person.. whether or not we have always agreed.. I think you guys know who you are... you have helped make me a better person. I will come into P-town, b-town, and of course c-town for a parting drink... everyone is welcome... and i will post more later with details... I would like to especially thank all those who are serving and have served... this board has quite a few... christian. take names and kick asses... -------------------- game over.

Good luck, buddy. I wish you the best in your career. Just remember to stay human and listen to those enlisted folks. Hopefully we'll be able to hang out again sometime, and you'll get to see the Rocket in its newfound glory! Take care.

good luck man..... and like posted up before here... please listen to the enlisted folks as most of us enlisted have been in the army for quite a while and don't like loud mouthed officers that spout off without knowing what is going on.... thats where SGT's like me tell officers off and do what is right.
anyway.... sorry to babble, good luck and god speed sir. -------------------- You CAN sleep in your car, but your CAN NOT race your house!!!
