i am looking for a good used big/EVOIII 16G (no shaft play, no smoking, etc...). ported/non-ported i don't really care. looking to pick this up as soon as possible. i have sent out a dozen PM/emails on DSMtrader and DSMtuners and have gotten either no reply or people that don't take paypal. if anyone has a good used 16G or knows someone that does please let me know.

if i had the extra 200+ dollars to get a new one i would. plus i am not sure how long i will have this car so i am not going to spend $500+ on a turbo that i am only going to drive on for a few more years. i am graduating this year and next summer after i get a reliable DD and i plan either selling the laser or putting a much larger turbo than a 16G on it.

buy the new on now and sell it for $300 next year when you get a bigger one, you will get more out of a turbo that is only a year old then if you bought a used one now and tryed to sell later.

Or just throw a 14b on it for $100 and save the rest for later....

i already have a 14b on it right now. i am trying to upgrade. my car cannot handle a larger turbo with it's current setup. the big 16G is the turbo i have been building my car for.

QUOTE (spyonu2007 @ Jul 3 2005, 09:12 PM) why build it, if your going to sell it? because it is a fun car and for now and this is what i can afford to make quick and race. after graduation i dont' plan on driving a 15yr old DSM daily. i am not sure if i am going to sell it, who knows that is a year away. after graduation and i am settled i plan on owning an LS1/2 and to turn the DSM into a full time project car/money pit -------------------- |
