So i went to the 1/8 mile track for the first time this year.

First pass i went 8.2 at 90 mph spinning the tires off and hitting off the rev limiter.
second pass, ran a 7.96 at 90 mph still spinning in 1st.
3rd pass i ran a 7.90 at 89 mph once again spinning.
My 4th pass i thought i would do a burn out see if i could get some of the water off my tires. then i ended up getting a 1.7 60 ft and 7.7 at 91 mph

Here is a video of the first pass of the 8.2 , if you look at the video you can see me all over the track, and hear me hit off the rev limiter.

And its funny because the kids in the trans am was talking crap to me before we raced. And at the end they were like what do you got in that thing, i told them it was just a 4 cylinder. biggrin.gif

add 4 to your 8th mile time, rough idea of quarter!

7.7 = 12.01 If car pull's thru the 1/4. If car fall's off add some tenth's!

how do you come up with the time of 12.01??? 12.01 - 7.7 equals 4.31. what is the ratio you used?

7.7= a 11.9 or 12.0 pass, and i dont think my to4e 60 trim is going to fall off.

Im know i could of made a better pass the other night, but it was so cold, and due(sp) all over the track, so it was really hard to get traction. and i only made 4 passes, so i bet i could of gotten it down quit a bit more.
