Here's a picture of one of my launches:
http://www.cordovadrag.com/2005/photos/081205/DSC_0008.JPG

I'm currently getting 1.85 60' times, but after seeing this picture I was wondering if the car is squatting too much and possibly losing some forward motion? I know weight transfer is great for a RWD car, but I'm not sure about an AWD.

It looks to me like you need just a little stiffer suspension on the rear. But you don't want to go to stiff or you will get wheel spin on your take off.

Thanks, Bud!

Wheel spin schmeel spin, put some KYB AGX's on it with some Eibach Pro Kits and you'll be good as gold.

I was looking at KYB's yesterday. Probably the way I'll go next year.

I think I'm going to try some spring rubbers my buddy was running on his Grand Prix. You put 2 in each rear coil to stiffen them up a little. I'll try them at DSM Drag Day if I make it.

Or, if you can find them, air bags. My buddy has a set in the rear springs on his Grand National and they work great. You can really tell a difference when he has them aired up from when they're not.

I was actually thinking of a strut/spring with an airbag inside the spring. Kind of like a hot dog with a hole in the middle of it for the shaft to slide through. Then when you go to the track, air up the bags and it stiffens your suspension. If you had the AGX's I suggested though, you can simply turn the knob on the strut body up to the desired stiffness.

Those struts would be for the low riding crowd. Making them stiffer would raise the back of the car. I've seen airbags for spring cars that go inside the spring, not changing the height, just making them stiffer by making the spring harder to compress.

See here: http://eibach.com/cgi-bin/htmlos.exe/00369...036713700005407

Looks like it not available for my car: http://www.importperformance.com/eibach/eagle.html

I used the old standby AGX/Pro-kit when I had my DSM, and it worked just fine for my application.
