Ok i am about to buy a set of adj cam gears to spice my engine up can anyone help me on some tips and pointers on how to use them. also exactly how they work. just want to make sure that i am going to be doing it right yeah know... Also will that add power or how does it work?? thanks

oops i fogot to mention i do NOT have a turbo, don't want the wrong info on the car. just a 2.0 liter
