Quick question, Throttle body Options

Alright so I have a 90 turbo and have idle surge. The sensors on the 90 are different than on the 91+
I have a 91+ throttle body with all sensors.

Basically my question is can I use the 91+ tb on my 90 and if so what all would I have to do for it to work.

The isc clip is the same but the sensor itself is different, should I be able to just plug the newer one in on the 91+ tb and it work right w/ the ecu?

Will the throttle position sensor from the 90 bolt onto the 91+ ?
the 90 doesn't have a clip on it, it is just actually wired straight to the sensor.
