hey guys, i recently changed my knock sensor, like in november. now today, my logger is showin me code 31 knock sensor. is it bad? i know its kind of a stupid question, but i just changed it, and my car has been having knock problems for a while. thanks
could it have gone bad this early? last time when teh sensor was all melted, it didn't throw a code or anything. suggestions??

Have you checked the plug connector? If the ECU sees that the knock sensor is not connected it get's a little upset. I know cause I tried cheating it like that.
