Well I have decided to sell me Talon and the few parts that I have for it. It have mixed feelings about it. I have owned this car for so many years that it almost feels like getting rid of a pet that has become part of the family. A stubborn pain in the ass pet but one that you love it anyway. I will be quite sad when and if it goes but on the flip side I am excited about what that will bring. Instead of saving the money to fix it again and having it nickel and dime me to death (like most DSM's ), I will be saving the money to buy and fix up my daughters 16th b-day present.

She is a big fan of the Camaro. Specifically the new one but luckily she also likes the rest of them too since a 4 year old one (she turns 16 in Jan 2014) would probably still be a little too much for a present. The plan is within the next 1 - 1 1/2 years to be able to pick up a 1st Gen and spend the next year and a half or so fixing it up and modernizing it a bit then drive it myself for a couple of months to make sure all the bugs are worked out then surprise her by giving it to her.

That's the plan anyway. We'll see how it works out.
