 I am getting the new tranny, back glass, and Star Stage 1 clutch put on the banana. I don't think it is advisable to beat the P!ss out of it less than 24 hours of having it back. I don't even know if it will be done in the same day. As much as I would have loved to woop up on the assthmatic RS-T and Brakeless wonder of a truck. J/K.

Tomorrow's the day! I've got about 10-12 coming from here, and she's expecting 40+ total!! Should be a good time!
Just a couple last minute reminders- Glasses for the keg will be $5. If you want something different, you'll have to bring your own. Don't forget lawnchairs, bug spray, tents, designated drivers Anyone still needing/wanting directions please PM me. I will not post directions. This is a "by invatation" party... we don't need certain uninvited guests with ticket books showing up. (Not that we are doing anything illegal... )Any other questions... Just ask!! Whew that was a good time...Thanks for hosting Gretchen!!!
Her are my results: 65 beat-up truck won 2 out of 3 against the bannana (whipped me 1st) 65 beat-up truck lost by at least 2 car lengths to the 2G AWD Talon 94 slipping T-bird won 1 out of 1 against the bannana 94 slipping T-bird won 1 out of 2 against 325 BMW (BMW definitely faster) 94 slipping T-bird lost 1 out of 1 against the 2G AWD Talon DSM's RULE!! This just gives me that much more appreciation for AWD...RWD traction is worthless on the farm unless you take off from an idle.

Center of the road wasn't too bad... shoulders were aweful.
Races: "Grape" Dakota lost to "Egg Yolk" Focus and Alero.... Got put away after that... Damn 3.55 gears... It did win the longest tire spin..... Thanks Sweetie....

Good write-up, indeed, Dan! I had a great time at the ole farm. I got to race and hang out with the ol' gang. I cut the night short and headed downtown with a friend. I had a great time. Much love to the hostess... and sorry about "stealing" the beer.

ok, first off thanks to everyone who showed (including myself) the event was a success. and Dan, thanks for the great write up of the go down between the laser and ME!!!!! Thanks for the props!!!!!!!!! I wasn't sure how far aread of you i was, i was just concentrating on the tach and trying not to grind the hell out of 2nd gear again. Really lookin forward to the next time we all get together, you guys are lots of fun and I am proud to be part of such a great group. you are all friendly, helpful and loads of fun to be around. the '93 gsx will be down for a couple of days for a face lift, but after that i'll be ready for the next go-round.
