Anybody got one of these yet? I noticed that it appears to work on the EVO 8 also. Any more info?

I'm seriously thinking about getting one soon.

Ok, I got a Palm IIIxe... What's the best way to go about getting the cable and software? Pocketlogger seems a little expensive at $175. I've heard something about freware (tunerstein?), and then I could buy or make a cable, right? Thoughts?

I've got a copy of tunerstein if you want it to try it out. Might even be able to just e-mail it to you. It wasn't listed as 1g or 2g specific though when I got it so it might work for you. You know how to make your own cables?

From the research I've done, I think the tunerstein is 1g only, along with all the other freeware stuff out there. Unless I can find somebody selling used stuff that will respond to my e-mails, I guess I'm stuck with the pocketlogger stuff.

And I don't know how to make a cable, but given instructions I'm sure my dad could whip something up. He's an elec. engineer at Cat, builds stuff like that all day. biggrin.gif

Tunerstein palm software web page (works on 1g and 2g, 95's questionable)

Justincredible
I should be able to get cable, cable ends, crimpers and cables make for next to nothing if my dad has it at work.
