roadraceengineering.com and turbotrix.com both sell the mitsu metal HG. Can't remember the price off the top of my head.

Don't really know any links, but if this is your first HG, just be sure to label your hoses and elec. connections. If you label everything and keep track of the parts you take off, in the order they come off, it is actually pretty easy. Might check www.vfaq.com. That site has everything. Good luck.

www.plymouthlaser.com has a good section for removing the head. I'm stuck on the removing the timing belt part though. LOL!
