mad.gif I just installed a total 3" Turbo back exst and Hard Pipe and Electronic 2 stage boost controller,, Now all is kinda good but my BOV is not working properly. When It is supposed to dump air My turbo sounds like it has some pissed off squirrels caught in it. when I put the stock upper pipe and stock BOV back on all is ok cept I have $250 worth of paper waits, it may be just a worn out turbo but when I bought the car it had the greddy hard pipe and Type S on it and everything worked well. Any Ideas would be helpful. cool.gif Thanks Don.

according to a previous thread the stock BOV is more than good for a generally stock setup... I am not sure what kind of setup you have but if everything else is pretty much stock then I say, if your stock BOV makes your car run fine then I'd use it.

Have you tried adjusting the aftermarket one? If it is adjusted so that the spring is too tight or has a spring rated for higher boost it can act funny on low boost settings.

For instance: I've noticed using a Tial on low boost settings can give some pretty serious compressor surge on a small turbo.

Hope that helps a bit.
