It says to use the camshaft on earlier engines it requires this and that for it to work. But will everything work as advertised if the engine code on the block matches the engine code in the right hand column? I'm confused on the wording that is used.

turbohcar
It seems to me that if you order the corresponding camshaft for what the correct engine code is in the right hand column that you will need 12 rocker arms (respecting code), 1 ignition rotor adapter (respective code), and 1 mounting bolt (respective code) ONLY if you are going to use it in an earlier engine. I am assuming that the code is used as a part code for ordering. Just my .02

So what's older engine? What does that mean? The earlier and different code?

it seems tome that if your engine code matches the engine code on the right column then you will be OK!!!!

if you are using the earlier engine (don't know what the earlier engine is) then you need the other parts as specified by the cam manufacurer....

I am not sure if I just stated the same thing as turbohcar, just different words or if I gave reverse advise... I would definately call the cam company and give them the engine code for your car and ask them what all you need, they would know better than me.

good luck bud!!!
