Any condition? I know of one that is just a little dented on the front. Still fits fine, the front lip is just bent down a tad. Its Kris' old hood that eclipsegst has now.

its a fairly common mod, should be able to find plenty of pictures of it. try streetsource. i have a lot of old issues of mini truckin, i know i have seen it several times in there. i'll see if i cant find some pics and post em.

what all are you planning to do to your truck?
are you turboing the stock engine or swapping a 4g63?
xian 1g
what type of truck?

I think he is talkin about a mitsubishi mighty max.
mitsu90
it's a 1990 mighty max. some what lowered I want to put a turbo on the 4g64 that's in it not sure if I could turn a 4g63 and stuff it in the truck since my engine sits facing the front. it's got some pep but not enough. I also want to targa top it, sit it in the weeds using bags and a 4 link and you know I got to shave everything, I like my mini trucks like I like my women clean and shaven biggthumpup.gif

The Mighty Max and the Ram 50 both had (I believe) the 6 bolt 4g64 bottom end, with a SOHC head. Having never done it before, I'm not 100% on the process, but logic would say to do a 1g DSM head swap with a supporting ecu. Take the turbo, both manifolds, pretty much the whole top-end. Do the swap and poof! Instant HP. Good luck on making it hook up...

the 4g63 can be done, there are a couple of them out there.
from what i had read, it was my understanding that the engine in the mighty max, d50, and mazda b2600 were all the same motor as the star/quest. i know there are internal differences in the motor, but what is stopping you from taking all the crap from one and swapping it onto your truck? i would think it would be easy.
however a 4g63 would be so much more bad ass!
when i get another mini, i would like to do an engine swap like i had planned on my mazda
depending on the truck i get, it would be like this

mazda b-series: turbo rotary
nissan hb or frontier: sr20det or rb20det
taco: 2jzgte
mighty max/d50: 4g63

when you start to bag it, post some pics on CII, i'd like to see it

Actually, a turbo 4g64 would be faster/better. More displacement. More torque. Ask NCgalant. Fast. However, the 4g63 might hook up better.

this is what I was thinking but it sound too easy.

it shouldnt have any problems hooking up with a 4-link
