I thought of starting this thread so that we can share our most interesting moving violations.... if you don't feel like getting too specific (fear of the "five-O" targeting you) don't have to get too specific, just the general idea

you want things weve been caught for? or things we havent?
I say the best line I ever heard was:
"you dont have any drugs, weapons or dead bodies in the back do ya."
while being pulled over for suspicion of drunk driving WEEH!

Going too slow! And yes I still have the 'warning ticket'. Give me some time and I'll post it up.
See, I always told ya I was a big wuss behind the wheel. To slow to even make it up to the speed limit... and I have proof to back it up.

All at one time:
Failure to Yeild to a pedestrian
Driving on the Sidewalk
Driving on Landscaping
Failure to pay at Pay Parking lot
eh, I didn't have any money in college, so I found out a way to leave teh parking lot with out paying...until the cops figured out my escape route and busted me!

I was pulled over in my Integra back in '99, searched, handcuffed, and taken to jail for driving on a suspended license...
...but my license really wasn't suspended.
Turns out it was a clerical error on behalf of a secretary at the Cook county courthouse.
I was pissed. This all happened in Morton, right on the "main drag", where all of my friends saw everything happen...and my name was in the paper the next day.

I was gonna post this last night but my computer took a crap on me.....
I got pulled over by a college cop (I was attending at the time)
I was doing reverse donuts in my V-6 Sunbird and a college cop stopped by to witness the event.... after I was done playing around, he flipped on the rotators. he wrote me for "exhibition of acceleration" .... being a campus ticket instead of a state issued ticket, it never hit my record
my other good one was when I passed a off-duty cop in his POV (personal owned vehicle) I was driving my small block S-10, he tailgated me all over town and followed me after I turned 10+ times. then I found a straight stretch of road and dropped the hammer.
I wrapped the speedo past the 85 mark and back up to the 20 mark (peg was removed)
he kept up just enough to see where I turned and pulled in behind me, along with 4 squad cars
he wrote me for Speeding 65+ in a 30 zone, reckless driving(for blowing a stop sign that didn't exist), and illegal screeching/squeeling of tires (what other kind is there)
everything but the speeding was thrown out of court, the speeding was reduced to 40 MPH in a 30 zone.... along with court supervision... my record is completely clean

On the night when I had planned to pop the big question I was late to pick up
my girlfriend at the Amtrack station. As I was going about 90+ on a fourlane highway
I glance over at the car in the slow lane and noticed the car had bubbles on top.
The cop looked about as suprised as I was. He pulled me over, and had me back in his car, so I showed him the ring and told him the whole story. He was pretty cool and let me off. By this time my g/f had been waiting for about 45 minutes so she was pretty upset. Going on six years of marriage now so it all worked out!

one of my friends got pulled over and she started freaking out cause this was the first time she'd been pulled over. so we got her insurance and liscense and all that. the cop came back like 15mins later and he says "well i've good news and i've got great news". she was like "ummm what's the good news?" cop says - I'm only giving you a warning. then she says "what's the great news?" the cop procedes to say " i just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico. Have a nice day!"
It's always good when you get a cop that's not mad ahah

I T-Boned a cop once....because he ran a stop sign...with his lights/sirens off.
No citations were issued....go figure.
But I got a new ride out of the deal.

got pulled over on an entrence ramp in Champaign County once. Was in my 1.8, so I was probably doing about 55-60. Cop said I was going 88. Didn't believe me when I told him it would take an hour to get that car up to 88mph. To make a long story short, I ended up going to jail that night.

I was letting my friend test drive my car at the time (shaturn SC2) and he slammed it into 2nd and spun the tires just as we were passing a gas station. A cop had stopped for doughnuts, and just pointed at us. So John stopped, and wouldn't tell the officer how fast he was going. Seeing as it was a Saturn, it was about 30-40mph, but John just wouldn't shut up. Neither of us was ticketed.
The next was with Kidd (in the shaturn). I had let him borrow my car to run errands while I was working out at park side gym. He comes back, we take off. I'm driving through the park, and get pulled over by a park cop. He says I was tearing ass through the park. I look at Kidd. He fesses up to it. He was my official wheel cleaner bitch for the rest of the time I was on leave. I could have killed him. And people wonder why nobody drives the 7 but me. Couldn't even restrain themselves with a 5 speed saturn.
