That's a big compressor wheel. What A/R are you running? I hope its small. That thing'll be a female dog to spool.

the turbo says the a/r 50. i have a friend and couple others that ran this turbo and said its an awsome turbo. said it spools about 3200. idk i guess ill see here in a couple months if i like it or not.
and what should i do about my intake piping. i dont really have the money to buy one, has anyone ever made there own, where should i go to find something to make it out of. and i am running the 2g maf.

Intake piping or intercooler piping?
Intake piping: There should be no issue with the factory accordion piece. You can *make* it fit. Remember, this piece just has to seal well, not hold boost. Akamiami also makes them. Available through KOU Motorsports. I think $75-80.
Intercooler piping: I would think this would be the bigger issue when switching to a t3t4 set-up. If you need i/c pipes, let me know, I should be able to help.

oh i was talking about intake piping. i didnt know you could make the stock intake piping work. what do you have to do??
and intercooler piping, a friend of mine has something we think is going to work. whoever i got my car from used peices of hose for bends for the ic so i think it will be easy to make something work.
And does anyone know what all fittings and hoses im going to need to put the turbo on. and maybe where i could get them. i seen the kits on diamondstarmotorsports or whatever for 80 and i dont have that much money after buying the turbo so any help would be great. thanks

You can usually source the fittings and such at a hardware store.
As for the intake/mas fitment, be creative. I'm not sure if there is a VFAQ on that, but NCgalant had duct tape on every square inch of his pipes, and made 327whp. Ghetto fabrication works wonders on these cars.

I would assume that a Yahoo or Google search could come up with some decent stuff. Beyond that, I'm not much help unless the car is in Central IL.

i know it's a mute point within the thread now. but it is important to know that you can still the kriss144 intakes from kriss.
we are very happy he allows us to carry them, but we aren't trying to step on his turf. we sold all the ones we had on dd dsm's to customers at the shop and decided both business would benifit if we had them in stock.
just wanted to clarify.
off the record, they are bad azz. you won't find anything better for the price imho.
