act 2100 and a six puck???? what type of mods do you have that you are running a six puck?
is this a track queen? most daily drivers don't go with pucks... and pucks can be damn hard on your tranny and other drive line parts.

i don't think MITSUBISHI put it in for him. we usually don't do lsd phantom grips.
i think the clutch was to much for the trans and it went south.
that's a pretty heavy clutch plate for a daily driver and the phantom grip locked up the trans (like it's suppose to so it gives power equally to both axels) and put all the power down to the ground and the trans couldn't take it.
but i'm probably talking out my pooper again.
Is it this black eclipse with the huge triple diamond in the back window?

A six-puck is an abnormal selection with a 2100ACT. But a 2100 ACT is in no way a heavy clutch. Under normal function and a good installation there should be no problems.
Everytime I hear of a 2g, crank walk always sneaks into my thought process! otherwise I would start with the basics. Check to make sure the clutch slave cylinder is mounted and engaging properly. Make sure the clutch fork is mounted properly. Verify there is fluid in the transmission and that there are no holes through the case. If all that appears to be ok the transmission will have to be pulled again to identify the problem.
Good luck
