I have a 90 laser turbo and im trying to install an auto meter 5 inch tach but i dont know which wire is the wire for the sending to the tach so if someone could help me out i would appreciate it. Thanx

you can use pin 21 on the ecu, or pin 2 on the cam sensor plug.

To use the autometer tach, you will need the tach adapter. With out the tach adaptor you will have an inacutate reading. Autometer's tach uses a 5 volt signal, the mitubishi signal is much lower than five volts. The tach adaptor gets it's signal from the channel number one on the coil and then converts that into the approprate five volt signal to go to your green wire on your tach. i got mine to work by goin on the back of the tach in the dash and splicing in to the white wire it seems to be perfect to the stock tach

you may want to check the accuracy of the stock tach (and now your AutoMeter tach) by using a data logger.... I found out that my stock tach was off by about 500 RPM
