Instead of a VR4 pick up a blown up Galant GSX and turbo swap. Who needs all wheel steering?

I've owned three galants and I like my vr-4 the best for the handling. To bad my 4WS light is on now.

Dont do it Jason! It's a DSM.It will only disappoint you.
The guy with the 9 second Civic (Brian Jenkins)
I think they just had that older EVO they rallied biggrin.gif
mitsu90
if you find an older one and want to make it an auto i will trade you my auto tranny and TC for your 5 speed stuff biggthumpup.gif
mitsu90
between you me and spy i'm sure we could get both swaps done. no need to pay anyone to do the work, and besides don't know of any shops around that i trust to do the swap.
AWD DSM 1
I might be up for a tranny swap if you're willing to wait til I get a couple other projects out of the way. biggthumpup.gif
mitsu90
hell it won't be the first time my car was held together with duct tape and zip ties laugh.gif

were not talking just a tranny swap, we would be going from a 5 speed to auto and then an auto to a 5 speed.

Found a pic of a rally one surfing the web! Sure does look like they put alot into those rally car's so they handle good off road!?

The plates on this one are from IL. Is this from the guy that built the 9sec H0NDA? Can't remember the name of his shop but it seem's like they build alot of cool stuff and always out pushing it to it's limit's!

Thats brian formly from Sanganmon Valley Sport Compacts. Basicaly, the guy who owns the Mack truck dealership here in decatur funded brian in the 9 sec civic that never actually ran 9's. Brian was the shop manager at the dealership and one day up and quite. Now he sells knock off sun glasses in the decatur mall. The rally car was a evo 4 and they swaped the dash with usdm mirage.

I really like Galant VR4's....

AWS is great and of coarse I will from now on always have a sweet spot for DSM's especially AWD DSM's.

I also like the whole performance oriented small 4-door sedans.
