Do pictures appear on the home page at random based on pics in the garage or does the list for the home page display have to be updated? I finally uploaded one so I was wondering if it would appear or whether someone had to put it on some list.

It goes off of what your "HiLite" Image is in your garage. There's a link next to it to change it to HiLite.

Yes and yes... If you have a picture highlighted in your garage it will be pulled randomly from the group for the home page. If you have a verified quarter mile time sent to me and on our DSMCentral's Best list, that will also be shown with your picture.
